Jambalaya
I spent about 30 mins looking for this stupid receipe cause i thought it was online, but it wasn't... but alas, what did i find? A paper copy. Time to transcribe this for later use!
- 1 tbl olive oil
- 1 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- cajun mix
- 2 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp blk pepper
- 1 cup uncovered long grain rice
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
- 6oz andouille sausage
- 2tbl sliced green union
